Shipping Tracking

Once your purchase is confirmed you will receive an email stating we have received and are preparing your order. Once your items are prepared, packed and ship you will receive another email stating your items have been shipped. Once your items are shipped you can track them via your tracking number provided in your shipping email. Shipping times vary depending on your area and seasonal shipping delays.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, we offer low-cost shipping to all states in the continental United States and Canada. As we are a new company, we are working on very hard to expand shipping capabilities to globally. Very soon we will be able to share our products globally as well as share free shipping on certain purchases. Until then thank you so much for your understanding support.

International Shipping

We are working very hard to be able to ship globally. At this time, we are taking international shipping at a per case basis. If you are in a country, we currently do not ship to please contact us on the “contact us page”. We will promptly explore the options for getting CLAIM products to you. We are working diligently to expand our shipping to global shipping very soon.

Returns & Exchanges

Sure, we take returns! But DON’T GIVE UP! We ask please give our products and devices 30 days to work and produce results.

If your products arrive broken or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange to exchange your product.
